bed will be made in the U.K within 2-6 weeks, once your items are ready, our delivery team will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for delivery. If you have chosen the assembly option (recommended) our professional fitters will take the bed to the room of your choice and assemble the bed.

 

Please note that all beds are bespoke and made to order, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the bed & headboard is able to be taken into their room of choice. Please consider this before purchase, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not fit up the customers stairs, or into their room of choice. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if the items ordered do not fit due to the above.

Delivery & Returns  
We use our own courier vans to deliver our goods. Normal delivery times is 5-7 working days. Presently, we exclusively ship within the United Kingdom. We extend the privilege of free shipping for all our items.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
