The best mattress I have ever had

The best mattress I have ever had! I have always had issues with mattresses, giving me lower back pain, waking up feeling rough and still tired. A friend recommended I try this company and their 2000 pocket pocket mattress and my goodness, it is so good! Being 20 stones, this mattress supports me very well. The only problem was getting it upstairs. It is very heavy and is not easy to bend or twist under the ceiling as I took it up the stairs. Looks good and constructed very well.

lovely little company

i live close to mirfield so had the chance to pop down to their factory and see and feel first hand the beds which are super nice, Andy was very kind and showed me the different in stock mattresses (let me test some with lie down too), beds were ordered and came within 10 days, were easy to assemble and they offered to fit in for me as well which i didnt require

read some of the reviews here and rang the company up to query about some of the reviews, they reassured me they were working on fixing the problems of the previous ownership, and even offered to deliver a bed with cash on delivery in case anything went wrong, bed arrived on time, parted with my cash and all in all great company, hope more people give them a chance

I purchased a mattress that had an issue (too firm), but when I contacted customer care, they promptly resolved it by replacing the mattress at no extra cost and delivering it directly to my home.

2. How long will it take to be delivered?

Your bed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. You will receive a text and email with a tracking link which contains the delivery date and time slot. This will be sent to you several days before the delivery.

3. Can I specify a delivery date?

We can’t guarantee a delivery date, however we will try our best to arrange a delivery around your schedule. Once you have placed your order, you can get in touch with us via our helpdesk to let us know your delivery preference.

4. How is this item delivered?

Small single or single divan bases will arrive as one whole unit.
Small double, double, king & super king divan bases will arrive in two halves to make it easy and convenient to move around your home.
The headboard is delivered as a separate piece and must be attached when assembling the bed.

5. Can I buy the bed on its own without a mattress?

Yes. The bed will be without a mattress unless you select one of our handpicked best sellers as a bundle to get an even bigger saving. You can do this by selecting a mattress above.

6. Is everything provided to assemble the bed?

Yes. We provide you with everything you need to assemble the bed. The only tool you need is a screwdriver.

7. How easy is it to assemble?

Very easy! We know you don’t want to spend all day fiddling around with tools, so we provide everything you need to put your bed together in five minutes or less.
